Payment of the reservation by credit cards

All major credit and debit cards in the world are supported.

Payment of the reservation by bank transfer

If the reservation is paid for by bank transfer, the amount shown must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation online or of our operator getting the offer.The customer is obliged to send the payment confirmation by e-mail to the electronic mail address info@uniline.hr , otherwise, the company Uniline d.o.o. is not obliged to make a reservation for the service. Uniline d.o.o. is not responsible for bookings of services not performed due to delays in the delivery of the payment confirmation after 24 hours. All bank charges are charged to the customer (consequentially, „OUR“ must be written on the bank payment slip in the "cost option" field). All reservations not paid in full will be considered invalid. The bank transfer cannot be made from abroad if the arrival is within five working days. The bank transfer cannot be made from Croatia if the arrival is within three working days.

Payment dynamics in the case of a 30% + 70% or similar option

Upon confirming the reservation, the passenger undertakes to pay 30% of the total amount of the selected service within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) for the reservation to become valid. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival, or according to the conditions accepted at the time of booking. If the arrival is within 21 days, the full amount must be paid within 24 hours to confirm the reservation, or in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of booking.

Uniline d.o.o. uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure recording and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by WSPay's PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses SSL certification for 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
