Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Split

Arrival in Split and hotel check-in.

Day 2 – Split – Hvar – Jelsa

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a transfer to the ferry port and departure by high-speed catamaran to Hvar Island. Upon arrival in Hvar Town, enjoy a guided tour of the historic centre followed by lunch. Continue to the UNESCO-listed Stari Grad Plain, the best-preserved example of ancient Greek agricultural land division in the Mediterranean, where you will discover a farming system that has remained in continuous use for more than two millennia. Continue to Jelsa for hotel check-in. Dinner and an evening stroll along the waterfront. Overnight stay.

Day 3 – Jelsa – Vrboska – Dol – Pitve – Vrisnik – Split

Breakfast. Visit the Fishing Museum in Vrboska to discover the island's rich maritime and fishing heritage. Continue to the village of Dol for a tasting of locally produced specialties at a family farm, including dried figs, wine, brandy, prošek dessert wine, cheeses, olive oil, and homemade jams. Continue to Pitve and visit the Winegrowers' Museum to learn about Hvar's long-standing wine-making tradition. The journey continues to Vrisnik, a picturesque stone village renowned for its traditional architecture, where a late lunch is served in a local tavern. Embark in Stari Grad for the return ferry to Split. Hotel check-in and dinner.

Day 4 – Split – Klis

Breakfast. Guided sightseeing tour of Split in the morning. Continue to Klis and visit the Stella Croatica Interpretation Centre, where guests discover the traditions of Dalmatian gastronomy, local products, and craftsmanship. Enjoy a traditional Dalmatian lunch before returning to Split. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 – Split

Breakfast and departure.
