Payment of the reservation by credit cards

Major credit and debit cards in the world are supported.

The following credit and debit cards are authorized and charged:

Visa, Visa Inspire, Visa Premium, Mastercard, Diners, Discover, DinaCard and Maestro.

Payment of the reservation by bank

If the reservation is paid by bank transfer, it is mandatory to pay the amount indicated within 24 hours of the online booking or of the receipt of the offer by our operator. The customer is obliged to send the payment confirmation by e-mail to the electronic mail address info@uniline.hr, otherwise the company Uniline d.o.o. is not obliged to make a reservation for the service. Uniline d.o.o. is not responsible for bookings of services not performed due to delays in the delivery of the payment confirmation after 24 hours. All bank charges are charged to the customer (consequently OUR must be written on the bank payment slip in the "cost option" field). All reservations not paid in full will be considered invalid. The bank transfer cannot be made from abroad if the arrival is within five working days. The bank transfer cannot be made from Croatia if the arrival is within three working days.

Payment dynamics in case of option 30% + 70% or similar

with prepayment and deferred payment (see payment options related to the chosen accommodation). Upon confirming the reservation, the passenger undertakes to pay 30% of the total amount of the selected service within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for the reservation to become valid. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival, or according to the conditions accepted at the time of booking. If the arrival is within 21 days, the full amount must be paid within 24 hours to confirm the reservation, or in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of booking.

WSPay Usage Statement

Uniline d.o.o. uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure recording and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by WSPay's PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses SSL certification for 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.

Declaration on the protection of the transfer of personal data

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use

Uniline d.o.o. undertakes to provide protection of customers' personal data, by collecting only the necessary basic information about customers / users that is necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly stored and is only available to employees who need this data to do the job. All employees of Uniline d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in Croatian Kuna. The amount for which the credit card will be charged is obtained by converting the price from euros to Croatian kuna according to the valid exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging with your credit card, the same amount is converted to the local currency according to the cardholder association's list of valid exchange rates. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the amount from the original price displayed on our website.
