Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Trogir

Board the yacht in the afternoon in the historic UNESCO World Heritage town of Trogir. Meet your skipper, receive a safety briefing, and get acquainted with life on board and the concept of the journey. Visit the local farmers' market and fish market, where you will learn how to select fresh, seasonal ingredients typical of Dalmatian cuisine. The evening concludes with dinner in a traditional tavern, featuring local specialties and an introduction to the culinary experiences that will accompany the voyage.

Day 2 – Trogir – Drvenik Veli

Begin the day exploring Trogir's vibrant market and meeting local producers. Sail towards Drvenik Veli while learning the fundamentals of sailing, navigation, and life at sea. During the journey, guests actively participate in preparing a traditional lunch on board while discovering the ingredients and traditions of Dalmatian cuisine. Upon arrival, enjoy a walk around the island and learn about its natural beauty and cultural heritage. The evening is free to relax or enjoy dinner in an authentic island tavern.

Day 3 – Drvenik Veli – Šolta

After breakfast, sail to the island of Šolta while continuing the educational programme focused on sustainable tourism and traditional island life. Guests prepare lunch together using locally sourced ingredients while learning about seasonality and the simplicity of Dalmatian cooking. Upon arrival in Maslinica, enjoy a guided walk through the picturesque village and discover the island's traditions of olive growing and fishing. The evening is free for individual exploration and local culinary experiences.

Day 4 – Šolta – Brač – Hvar (Jelsa)

Cruise along the northern coast of Brač while listening to stories about the island's maritime heritage and coastal way of life. A stop in a secluded bay offers time for swimming and preparing lunch on board using traditional local recipes. Continue sailing to the island of Hvar and arrive in the charming town of Jelsa, known for its rich history and authentic atmosphere. Explore the town and enjoy the opportunity to taste traditional island cuisine in the evening.

Day 5 – Hvar – Pakleni Islands – Hvar

Following breakfast, visit the local market to discover regional products before sailing to the beautiful Pakleni Islands, famous for their untouched nature and crystal-clear sea. Throughout the day, guests prepare meals together while learning about the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle. Enjoy swimming, relaxation, and interpretation of the area's unique natural heritage. Return to Hvar Town for an evening stroll through its historic centre and an optional dinner featuring local wines and island specialties.

Day 6 – Hvar – Vis

Sail to the island of Vis, one of Dalmatia's most authentic and best-preserved islands. During the crossing, guests further develop their sailing skills by participating in everyday onboard activities. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walk through Vis Town, discovering its military history, cultural heritage, and famous filming locations from Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. The evening is free to experience the island's renowned gastronomy.

Day 7 – Vis – Brač (Milna)

Sail through the scenic Split Gates channel towards the charming village of Milna on Brač Island. Under the skipper's supervision, guests actively participate in handling the yacht, gaining practical sailing experience. Lunch is prepared on board with an emphasis on simple, authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Upon arrival, explore Milna and experience the relaxed rhythm of island life. The evening is free for leisure or dinner in a traditional setting.

Day 8 – Brač – Trogir

Depart early for the final sail along the island of Čiovo, giving participants the opportunity to apply the sailing skills acquired throughout the week. Arrive in Trogir in the morning for disembarkation and the end of the programme, with an optional farewell lunch and exchange of experiences.

Cooking Experience on Board

Throughout the journey, guests actively participate in preparing authentic Dalmatian dishes under the guidance of the skipper while learning about local culinary traditions. The programme includes traditional specialties such as black risotto, mussels buzara, gregada fish stew, and freshly caught fish, all prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Participants also discover the principles of Mediterranean cuisine and a sustainable, zero-waste approach to cooking.

Sailing Academy

The programme includes practical sailing instruction designed for beginners. Guests learn the fundamentals of sailing, navigation, boat handling, maritime safety, and essential seamanship skills. By actively participating in everyday onboard tasks, they gain confidence and a deeper understanding of life at sea.

Sustainable Living at Sea

Sustainability is at the heart of the programme.
