Hotel Park Plaza Belvedere is situated in a small town Medulin, 600 meters distant from the town centre and
only 10 kilometres from Pula. A bus connection to Pula is located close to the hotel and operates every hour
mostly during the year.
HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Park Plaza Belvedere hotel in Medulin has two wings with 427 contemporary styled and thoughtfully
equipped rooms on 4 floors. The hotel is the permanent active holiday destination of many sport celebrities
and several Olympic gold medallist who appreciate this combination of comfort and sport facilities.
The hotel has an elegant lobby with reception, Lobby- aperitif bar, spacious sitting areas, and spacious
restaurant overlooking the sea, meeting rooms, indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools, large spa & wellness
centre with fitness. The hotel complex has also other restaurants & bars, chill out terrace with sunbeds, sport
& recreation zone, parking zone. The Hotel offers free wireless internet access. Pets in hotel are not
allowed.
Modern Lounge Beach Bar Lungomare at the pool consists of two terraces; one next to the fitness and
outdoor swimming pool, while the other is located only a few meters from the sea. It is the perfect place to
relax and enjoy.

All rooms offers excellent facilities: WI-FI Internet access, LCD TV, telephone with direct dialling, air
conditioning, personal safe deposit box-laptop size, bathroom with shower (hairdryer, extended bath
amenities), coffee and tea facilities, all rooms are non-smoking rooms, room service
Standard rooms are fully equipped 15-17 sq meters rooms with one double bed (180x200) or twin beds
(90x200 cm) and max occupancy of 2 persons. Offer a wide range of amenities, including WI-FI Internet

bathroom with shower (hairdryer, extended bath amenities) non-smoking rooms, room service.

accommodated in one double bed (180x200 cm) or twin beds (90x200) and one sofa bed (75x180).
Family rooms with terrace – 23 sq meters, min/max occupancy 2 adults and 2 children (0-11 included),
with 1 double bed 180x200 cm, 2 single sofa beds 75x180 cm. Offer a wide range of amenities, including WIFI Internet access, LCD TV, tea & coffee making facilities, air condition, safe deposit box-laptop size,
available, bathroom with shower (hairdryer, extended bath amenities) non-smoking rooms, room service.

SPORT CENTER
Hotel guests have at their disposal two heated indoor pools with sea water (pool 1 – size 12x25m, depth
120-220 cm, pool 2 – size 8x12m, depth 120-220 cm) and two outdoor swimming pools with deck chairs and
beach umbrella (pool 1 - size 500m2, depth 100-200 cm, pool 2 – size 220m2, depth 100-200 cm).
Outdoor sport facilities include 8 grass football fields, 4 tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, handball,
volleyball, beach volleyball, athletic 4-lane track, throwing area and mini-golf.
In the area of Medulin there are numerous activities to enjoy during the stay: windsurfing, water-skiing,
diving, horseback riding and paintball.
SPA & WELLNESS CENTRE -
High educated therapists and beauticians await guest on the ground floor of the hotel and present an array
of spa treatments and offerings top quality services include special facial treatments according to your skin
type, mud wraps, body treatments, various types of massages based on aromatherapy, hot stone massage,
manicure, pedicure, waxing and special treatments for couples. Modern fitness is at guest’s disposal.

The Hotel has at its disposal one large meeting room up to 100 seat and 3 smaller rooms that can seat 30 to
70 people. All rooms are air-conditioned, with complete technical equipment (video projector, overhead

wireless microphone, translation services at extra charge.
ENTERTAINMENT AND ANIMATION – beginning of June to the end of September
Activities are organized by the animation team “ARENA ACTIVITIES - A2“ with various programs for adults
and children. The animation program includes various sport activities, games and mini club for children.
