Horizont Resort is situated in the area known as Golden Rocks . Walking along the seaside, Punta Verudela
resort could be reached in only few minutes.
The proximity of the city makes it easily accessible by all means of transportation: it is only 7 km from Pula
airport, 4 km from the port and also 4 km from the train and bus stations.
Public bus operates between city centre Pula and Verudela Resort every 20 minutes.
The Resort offers free wireless Internet in resort reception and pool area. The resort has a supermarket,
café bar, snack bar, restaurant, pizzeria. Splendid Resort offers two outdoor swimming pool with seawater
(the sunchairs and umbrellas are extra payment). Pets are allowed, at charge.
APARTMENTS DESCRIPTION
Horizont Resort consists of units, arranged in rows of 6 to 20 apartments on the ground and first floor with a
surface of 19 to 63 m2
. All apartments have a balcony. Amenities include full equipped kitchen with coffee
maker, satellite TV, fridge and safe. All apartments are with shower bath.
TYPE B 2 – 4
Two-room apartment, 30-35 m2
, balcony, up to 4 persons; living room with sofa bed for 2 persons
140x190cm, 1 room with 2 single beds 80x190 cm, kitchenette with coffee maker, bathroom.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ANIMATION (July and August)
Arena Hospitality Group`s animation club for adults and children starts with its activities at 10 am. This
includes: acqua aerobic at Horizont & Splendid swimming pool, mini club for children 4-11y. Only 2 km from
Resort within the Park Plaza Verudela complex is a large summer terrace and the new restaurant & lounge
bar Ambrela, the unique place for day and night entertainment.
SPORT
Guests of Horizont – Golden Rocks Resort have at their disposal minigolf, 2 tennis courts, rent a bike. For
more demanding, sports-oriented guests, there is a sports and recreation center at nearby Punta Verudela
with 16 tennis courts, 2 five-a-side football pitches, sports grounds for handball, basketball, volleyball,
squash, beach volleyball and table tennis.
SERVICE
There is a possbility to book a half bord or only a dinner in „Sunset“ restaurant.
Weekly change of bed linen, change of towels twice a week (one large bath towel and one hand towel)
+ general cleaning once a week – for stays of two week.
BEACHES
There are lots of rocky beaches gently sloping towards the beautiful blue sea and pebble cove.
