Ai Pini is situated on the outskirts of the town of Medulin, 800 meters from the town center and only 10
kilometers from Pula. Public bus operation is ran by Pulapromet. Bus operate between city centre Pula and
Medulin every 40 – 60 minutes.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Ai Pini Resort, completely equipped apartments, in rows of 4 to 8 apartments arranged in a circle with a
central park. Check in at the reception of the hotel ARENA HOLIDAY.
All apartments are with large terraces, modernly and comfortably furnished to provide high quality comfort for
an enjoyable holiday. Amenities include satellite TV, full equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and
safe. All apartments are air-conditioned. All apartments are with shower bath.
TYPE A
Two-room apartment (one bedroom and living room), 30 m2
, terrace, up to 4 persons, on the ground or 1st
floor, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons 160x190 xm, 1 room with double bed 160x200 cm, kitchenette
with coffee maker and fridge, microwave, safe, bathroom with hairdryer, air-condition. Pets are allowed, at
charge.
ENTERTAINMENT AND ANIMATION (from mid June until end August)
Ai Pini Resort will provide with tranquillity and privacy which is a perfect escape from everyday stress.
For more active holiday there is the A2 Arena Activities Team in the Arena Holiday Hotel. There is the kids
club for children from 5-12 y, mini disco.
For adults there are morning gym, stretch & relax, pilates, aqua aerobic, aqua gim, pool basket, pool games
Evening program for adults – magic show, dance evening wiht live music.
SPORT
The well-equipped sports center comprises 6 grass football pitches, tennis courts, handball, volleyball, beach
volleyball, athletic 4-lane track, throwing area, several tables for table tennis. A variety of water sports is
offered: diving, pedal boats – in privat hands. There is a possibility of horseback riding and paintball – privat.
SERVICE
Weekly change of bed linen and towels (one large bath towel and one hand towel) + general cleaning once a
week – for stays of two week.
BEACHES
Ai Pini is situated only 150 m from the sea. The beaches are mostly made of pebble, sand and rock.
