In price included: hire of apartment per day, use of electricity, water and gas, bed linen and towels, final cleaning (but the clients need to leave the kitchen clean as the first day of the arrival).

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Ai Pini Resort (completely renovated in 2002), consists of 64 modernly equipped apartments, in rows of 4 to 8 apartments arranged in a circle with a central park. Check in at the reception of the hotel HOLIDAY.

All apartments are newly renovated with large terraces, modernly and comfortably furnished to provide high quality comfort for an enjoyable holiday. Amenities include satellite TV, full equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and safe. All apartments are air-conditioned. All apartments are with shower bath.

TYPE A
Two-room apartment (one bedroom and living room), 30 m², terrace, up to 4 persons, on the ground or 1st floor, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 double room, kitchenette with coffee maker and fridge, microwave, safe, bathroom with hairdryer, air-condition. Pets are allowed, at charge.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ANIMATION (from mid May until mid September)

There is a discotheque in the vicinity, whereas the town of Medulin offers a wide range of entertainment possibilities, such as discotheques open all night long, dance terraces, restaurants and amusement park.

SPORT

Guests have at their disposal indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The well-equipped sports center comprises 6 grass football pitches, tennis courts, multi-purpose sports ground for five-a-side football, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball, athletic 4-lane track, throwing area, mini-golf and several tables for table tennis. A variety of water sports is offered: diving, pedal boats. There is a possibility of horseback riding and paintball.

SERVICE

Weekly change of bed linen and towels (one large bath towel and one hand towel) + general cleaning once a week – for stays of two week.

BEACHES

Ai Pini is situated only 150 m from the sea. The beaches are mostly made of pebble, sand and rock.
