1.Split

Step into history with a costumed guided tour of Diocletian’s Palace, brought to life through captivating storytelling that unveils the love story of Prisca and Emperor Diocletian. Wander through its grand halls and hidden courtyards, then take part in a hands-on ancient cuisine workshop in the palace cellars, preparing Roman delicacies following recipes nearly two millennia old. The day concludes with a visit to the Ethnographic Museum, where exhibits and collections tell the story of Split and Dalmatia through the ages.

2.Hvar

Discover Stari Grad (Pharos), one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic, and explore its Greek and Roman heritage on a guided walk through its charming historic streets. Join a lavender perfume-making workshop with local herbalists and learn the secrets behind the island’s signature scents. Savor a traditional peka lunch in a centuries-old olive grove, accompanied by your hosts’ stories about life on the island. In the afternoon, visit the historic archive and the 1612 Hvar Theatre – the oldest public theatre in Europe – before ending your day with a tasting of local liqueurs and sweets and a leisurely evening stroll through Hvar’s enchanting old town.

3.Salona & Trogir

Travel back in time with a visit to Salona, the ancient capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia. Take part in a mosaic-making workshop with local artists and discover the artistry behind these timeless masterpieces. Continue to Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and wander its picturesque medieval streets. Visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with the famous Radovan’s Portal, explore the Ćipiko Palace, and the Kamerlengo Fortress. Conclude your journey in a traditional konoba (tavern), enjoying homemade pasta, local wines from Kaštela, and the sounds of klapa singing – a beautiful introduction to Dalmatia’s musical heritage.
