As you stroll through monumental corridors and hidden courtyards, you’ll discover not only the architectural splendor of this ancient gem but also the everyday life of its inhabitants. In the palace cellars, take part in an authentic mini-workshop of ancient cuisine, where, under the guidance of an expert, you’ll prepare Roman delicacies based on recipes nearly two thousand years old.
The day concludes with a visit to the
Ethnographic Museum, located within the palace walls. Its exhibitions and collections reveal the rich cultural and traditional heritage of Split and Dalmatia through the centuries.

Visit an old water mill on the river, where you’ll experience the spirit of tradition and local life, and complete the experience with a relaxing boat ride featuring interactive pirate animation, fun for both adults and children.
Take part in the
“Little Duke” of Poljica Republic interactive game, where you’ll learn about the ancient laws and customs of this historic autonomous region in an engaging and educational way. Enjoy the authentic flavors of traditional soparnik (savory pie with Swiss chard) and fritule (sweet fritters), prepared according to local recipes. The return via the panoramic road will include the story of Mila Gojsalić, the brave heroine of the Omiš region, whose legend still echoes through local tales and cultural heritage.
