Caravan of natural fairy tales

1st day

In the morning, a meeting of the caravan participants at "Camp Zagreb", Jezerska 6 Rakitje (Zagreb). Handover of the camper with instructions on how to handle it. In the afternoon, an organized trip to the city. City tour accompanied by an expert local guide. Dinner in a traditional restaurant.

2nd day

After breakfast, the road takes us to the Lonjsko Polje Nature Park. Lonjsko Polje was declared a Nature Park in 1990. The area is 50,650 hectares, and about 250 species of birds live in it, it is also the largest fish hatchery in Europe. Accompanied by an expert guide, we will visit the Čigoč European stork village, take a walk through the Mužilovčica retention and Repušnički polje, and visit the traditional architectural heritage village of Krapje. We end the visit with a solar-powered boat ride on the Sava and Una rivers. We end the day with a tasting dinner in a traditional restaurant in PP. Overnight in the nature park campsite.

3rd day

After breakfast departure for Slavonski brod. Visit Brod Fortress. It is a baroque border fortress on the Sava River, which is also a category zero monument and landmark of Slavonski Brod. Today, this building is used for the development of culture. It houses the city administration, a music school, a classical high school, traditional crafts, a unique tambourine museum, and the Ružić Gallery. A short walk through the center of Slavonski Brod is not the equivalent of a trip to Đakovo. Arrival in Đakovo, a city tour of the city accompanied by a professional guide and continuation to the Đakovo Lipizzaner stud. Tour of Pastuharna and Ivandvor and continuation of the journey towards Osijek. Upon arrival in Osijek, sightseeing accompanied by a guide: Fortress, water mill, red fićo, Water Gate....

We end today's drive at the Family campsite, Kopačevo. After ten minutes of easy walking, we arrive at a restaurant where we will enjoy Slavonian delicacies with the sounds of a traditional Bećar. Overnight stay.

4th day

Breakfast and departure for the nature park Kopački rit. Accompanied by a guide, we will visit the splendor of green water and forest. The park includes the wetland area around the confluence of the Drava and the Danube with an area of 238 hectares, which, due to its inaccessibility and exposure to floods, has remained in a completely natural state since ancient times. In order to fully experience the beauty, we will sail on excursion boats, which can also enter the shallow swampy backwaters. We continue our journey to Vukovar where we board the Waterbus. We will drive along the Danube the longest European street with a view of the water tower, the Eltz castle, and the church ... we continue the visit with a visit to the museum of Vučedol culture with exhibits from the Neolithic (younger Stone Age). Driving through the vineyards, we reach the Principovac country estate. Dinner and continuation to campsite Dunav. Overnight stay.

5th day

After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Šiškovci, where we will visit the beekeeping museum taste honey and its products, and continue our journey towards Kutjevo. Upon arrival, we will visit the famous Kutjevo cellars. Lunch in a restaurant and continuation to the Papuk nature park. Afternoons are free for individual relaxation programs. Overnight stay.

6th day

Breakfast. We continue our journey towards the Klostar Podravski with a stop in Virovitica. A walk through the manicured lawn and a visit to Pejačević Castle, now a city museum. Continuation of the journey towards the farm of the Karločan family. Upon arrival, a tour of the farm and ethnic house, as well as an optional option: horse riding, driving along the Drava River, bicycle rental... Dinner is based on Podravina specialties. Overnight stay.

7th day

After breakfast, we start our return journey to Zagreb. Upon arrival in Zagreb, check out and return the camper.
