About the accommodation

Situated in the beautiful coastal area of Alberi near Savudrija (Istria), the new rezidence SKIPER resort combines an impressive view of the Italian and Slovenian coasts with the harmony of the colours and architecture of the entire rezidence SKIPER premises, which will quickly drive away the stress of everyday routine.
The 140 000 m2 park-style premises of rezidence SKIPER, with phoenix palm trees and a fantastic fauna, house 11 luxury villas, each with its own pool, seven residence buildings with 61 luxury suites and three attractive apartment buildings. Our recreational facilities include a wonderful poolscape, a large private beach, a modern sports centre, a playground for children and our own SKIPER church.

Accommodation
The Residence has both 4- and 5-star apartments, all in the immediate vicinity of the pool or the beach and equiped with air conditioner, satelite TV, telephone for international calls, safe, balconies/terraces, elevator, roofed parking spaces and many other standard features.
Thanks to the unique terraced position the whole Residence seems to be emerging from the Adriatic See so that none of the apartments is more then 100 m away from the beach. The Residence offers a wonderful view to Slovenian and Italian coast with the Alps in the background.
Along with sports facilities offered on the spot, there are many cultural, gastro and sports activities which can be organized by the reception staff (at extra cost).
Gastro
A-la-carte-restaurant SKIPER has culinary treats for every taste. Its terrace with a wonderful view and its air conditioned indoor rooms invite you to take a trip to the world of Istrian and Mediterranean specialities. Enjoy the well-known Istrian seafood salad, raw ham with sheep cheese, garnished scallops, sole, sea perch or our home-made noodles Tartufi with truffles and parmesan cheese from the region in an atmospheric setting.
