About the accommodation

The prices include: wireless internet, expenses incurred for consumption of electricity, water and gas, bed linen and towels in the living units (with weekly change), parking space for one car, unlimited use of air conditioning in the accommodation units Suite Sea View B&B, ,
Lodge Deluxe Sea View, Lodge Premium and Lodge Prestige Relax and in all other accommodation units only 1 air conditioning card of 20 hours is included; guests have the opportunity to purchase additional air conditioning cards according to the price list, use of the swimming pools and animation.

The prices do not include: beach services like renting beach umbrellas and chairs, baby cot, , and use of sport fields and any other services that are not included in the price of the living unit

HOLIDAY HOME: ap. for 4 persons made of two bedrooms, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, a terrace and parking place. Apartments are situated near the sea or around the swimming pool nr.1. Each apartment has an air conditioner for both cooling and heating, the use of it is on payment.
HOLIDAY HOME BELVEDERE: ap. for 6 persons made of two bedrooms (2 beds in each bedroom),living room (sofa for 2 persons) kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, a terrace and parking place. Apartments are situated near the sea. Each apartment has an air conditioner forboth cooling and heating, the use of it is on payment.
HOLIDAY HOME COMFORT: ap. for 6 persons made of two bedrooms (2 beds in each bedroom),living room (sofa for 2 persons), kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, a terrace and parking place. Each apartment has air conditioner-the use of it is on payment. It’s situated near the swimming pools 1 and 3.
HOLIDAY HOME COMFORT PLUS 8: ap. for 8 persons with three bedrooms (2 beds in each bedroom), living room (sofa for 2 persons), a dining room with kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, a terrace and parking place. Each apartment has air conditioner for both cooling and heating; the use of it is on payment. It’s
situated near the swimming pools 1 and 3. 2 cars are included in price
SUITE SEA VIEW B&B: Rooms 20m from the sea with air-conditioning (cooling or heating) -included in price, SAT- TV, a telephone, breakfast for 2 persons included in the price.

LODGE DELUXE SEA VIEW: sea-view, Mobile Homes able to host 4 guests, , with a double bathroom, a living room with a view over the sea and the Brioni archipelago. Lodge Deluxe Sea are approximately 42 sqm large and consists of: 2 bedrooms: one with one double bed (160×200 cm) and one with two single beds (75×200 cm), living room with SAT/TV and sofa, kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge, pots and pans, microwave, table and chairs, two bathrooms with WC, shower, bidet, bathroom sink, wooden terrace with garden table and chairs, sea-view position and luxury design. Equipped with air-conditioning (cooling or heating)- included in price.
LODGE PREMIUM: The Mobil homes Lodge Premium 5, with modern design are for 5 persons, have ca. 35 sqm and consist of: 2 bedrooms: one with one double bed (160×200 cm) and one with bunk bed and one single bed (75×200 cm),living room with SAT/TV and sofa, kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge, pots and pans, microwave, table and chairs, two bathrooms with WC, shower, bathroom sink, wooden terrace with garden table and chairs ,luxury design. Equipped with air-conditioning (cooling or heating)- included in price.
LODGE PRESTIGE RELAX: The Mobil homes Lodge Prestige Relax 5 with modern design are for 5 persons, have ca. 35 sqm and consist of: 2 bedrooms: one with one double bed (160×200 cm) and one with bunk bed (max 70 kg) and two single bed (75×200 cm),living room with SAT/TV and sofa, kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge, pots and pans, microwave, table and chairs, two bathrooms with WC, shower, bathroom sink, wooden terrace with garden table and chairs , luxury design.
