Biograd na Moru is a beautiful coastal town located on a peninsula about 30km from town Zadar. It is located right in the middle of 5 national parks and 2 natural reserves. Due to its great location and many various natural beauties, Biograd is home to many hotels located close to the sea.

History and culture of Biograd:

As the 9th century coronation place of the first Croatian Kings, Biograd holds claim to one of the most significant towns in Croatian history. You can visit the Town Museum and look at the numerous artifacts and evidence of Biograd´s stormy past. Here, there is an interesting archaeological collection with prehistoric, antique, and early Croatian findings, boat cargo from the 16th century, and a number of other exhibits.
